The catalog is the public face of LinkCatalog. Every link here was kept on purpose, tagged, and given a short note on why. It is the surface a reader can browse; the full directory, with trails and pending drops, lives behind it on disk.
This section is rendered from the compiled catalogue produced by the weekly compile job and published by Citta. When it changes, the changelog records the shape of the change rather than every entry.
