Citta Publishing System

Citta is the publishing layer of the lab. Manuscripts move through a weighted-by-evidence queue rather than a FIFO: sources cross-linked into a draft raise its priority, unverified sources hold it back. The system is deliberately slow because it is meant to produce durable notes, not posts.

Pipeline

1. Draft — gathered from LinkCatalog subscriptions and research trails.
2. Evidence — sources weighted; missing provenance blocks promotion.
3. Resolve — cross-linked to other manuscripts and trails.
4. Publish — emitted as a stable, addressable page.
